Arunachal Pradesh Rural Bank aims to make this website accessible to persons with disabilities, older persons and all customers. Our accessibility programme is designed around IS 17802 (Part 1):2021, including its amendments, and the conformance approach in IS 17802 (Part 2):2022. For web content, this includes working towards WCAG 2.2 Level AA outcomes where applicable.

Known limitations and alternative formats
Some historical notices, reports, forms and circulars are published as PDF or office documents supplied by third parties or created before the current accessibility programme. A document may not yet have a fully tagged reading order, text equivalent for every image, accessible table structure or sufficient contrast. We are reviewing these documents in priority order.
If a document, image or service cannot be used with your assistive technology, please request the information in an alternative format. Tell us the page or document name, the format you need and any relevant accessibility issue. We will assess the request and provide assistance through an appropriate channel.

Assessment and ongoing improvement
Accessibility is reviewed when shared templates, pages, forms, documents and third-party integrations are changed. Automated checks support this work, but they do not replace testing with keyboard-only navigation, screen readers, zoom and users with disabilities. A formal IS 17802 Part 2 conformance assessment and any required certificate or VPAT must be completed by a qualified independent accessibility assessor after the production site, content archive and third-party services are in scope.
